Role Overview
The Director of Payor & Provider Partnerships provides strategic and operational leadership for Progress Health, Sinai’s clinically integrated network. Reporting to the Chief Population Health and Growth Officer, this role oversees PHO managed care contracting, PHO/ACO relationships, and disease management programs while mentoring staff and building strong partnerships with payors and providers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and expand PHO and ACO provider networks, contracts, and partnerships.
Oversee operations such as care management, quality, credentialing, and patient outreach.
Manage budgets, KPIs (e.g., HEDIS), and shared savings performance.
Partner with IT on technology platforms for population health.
Lead and mentor a team of clinicians and staff.
Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in managed care, PHO/IPA management (capitated & fee-for-service).
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with Epic, Meditech, and Salesforce preferred.
