What You'll Do:

Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
Take detailed notes and relay important information to our team of drivers.
Coordinate and dispatch drivers to designated locations based on customer needs and driver availability.
Monitor and track driver performance, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
Provide exceptional customer service by quickly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Collaborate effectively with different departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:

Experience with handling high-volume calls and familiarity with phone systems.
Knowledge of transportation logistics is a plus.
Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions.
