About Our Opportunity As an EDI Analyst at Chervon North America, you will be r esponsible for maintaining and analyzing master data related to our supply chain processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, enabling us to make informed decisions and drive operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities - End -to-end ownership of system information exchanges across the business.
- Coordinate with external service providers to build, enhance, maintain, and support key system integrations among data interchange programs.
- Responsible for customer onboarding from testing to implementation and ongoing maintenance as necessary.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized data sharing platforms.
- Review failed EDI transactions and perform root cause analysis to develop and implement solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain master data templates and guidelines to facilitate accurate and consistent data storage and integrity.
- Conduct regular data audits and resolve discrepancies to ensure efficient data flow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all EDI or data related requests including but not limited to analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate cross functionally to understand business processes and related transactions in various systems to support projects and progressive initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Competencies - Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel (including pivot tables), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies .
- Familiarity with data management and governance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Required Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
- Proven experience as an EDI Analyst, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies.
Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
Travel This position requires approximately 5% domestic travel.
