About My Client: My client is a well-established and reputable construction firm based in Dallas, known for delivering high-quality projects with a strong track record in the industry. They are now kicking off an exciting new data center project valued at $7 million. Role Overview: My client is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the electrical aspects of this high-profile data center project, set to begin in April. As the Electrical Project Manager, you will be based on-site and will be responsible for managing the electrical systems and ensuring that the project runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all electrical aspects of the data center project. Ensure electrical systems are installed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and the client. Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed to keep the project on track. Manage electrical teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Handle project documentation, reporting, and scheduling. Ideal Candidate: Solid experience in electrical project management, preferably in large-scale or high-tech projects such as data centers. Strong understanding of electrical systems, project scheduling, and budgeting. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
