Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Shift: Nights – 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Orientation: 16 Hours

A dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse is needed to support a high-acuity, fast-paced ED serving mixed adult and pediatric populations. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience handling emergent and complex patient conditions.
Schedule DetailsShift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3×12 hours
Weekends: Every other weekend required
Block Scheduling: May be accommodated but not guaranteed
Floating: Required when census warrants
RTO: Minimal RTO preferred
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience

Blood Product Administration
Central Line Care/Management
Phlebotomy & IV Starts
Continuous IV Paralytics & Sedation

Procedural Sedation
Stroke (CVA) Management
Isolation Precautions
Charting: Epic (Preferred)
Required CertificationsBLS (AHA)
ACLS
PALS
NIHSS
Patient Ratios: 1:5 , mixed/shared acuity
Scrub Colors: Any combination of navy and white
Pending License: Not accepted
Vaccination Not Required
