We are partnering with a highly respected New York City litigation firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a premier Real Estate Litigation practice. This is a training-intensive opportunity designed for top academic talent looking to gain elite, hands-on litigation experience while earning well above market through unlimited overtime and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial
• Assist with drafting and filing pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Organize, review, and manage large-scale document productions
• Assist with trial preparation and court filings
• Maintain case files and track billable time accurately
• Coordinate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel as needed

Qualifications

• No prior paralegal or legal experience required
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university in the United States
• Graduated in 2025 or graduating in 2026
• Strong academic record
• Exceptional writing, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Willingness to commit to a minimum two-year tenure
