JOB DESCRIPTION

The Entry Level Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting candidates for various projects and assisting the Vice Presidents with their various tasks and projects. The ideal individual should be comfortable on the phone, people-oriented with high energy, have a strong sense of urgency, and have a highly developed ability to multitask.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Locating qualified candidates for job placement
• Candidate data entry, updating, tracking, and database management
• Preparing recruiting and hiring reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
• Drafting various reports, documents, and presentations
• Posting job descriptions on various job boards, associations, and professional networking sites
• Conducting reference and background checks
• Coordinating multiple social media sites
• Communicating directly with candidates and clients as necessary, depending on the level of involvement with searches
• Project work requiring forward thinking, multitasking, and prioritizing

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior office experience a plus
• Strong sense of ethics and professionalism
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Well-developed writing and communication skills
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Experience with various professional networking sites desirable

Compensation

• $20-26/Hour
