About the Company - On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced mid-level Executive Assistant to work for the President of an exciting international tech company. The right person will be well-organized, results orientated and comfortable with diary and travel management and ad hoc tasks. We are looking for someone to get the job done. The role is hybrid, approximately 2 days/week required onsite in Stamford, CT, the right person will live within max 50miles from Stamford.

About the Role - Executive assistance to the President, Calendar management, Travel arrangements and Expenses, Partner closely with the leadership team, Aid executive in preparing for meetings, including presentations, Draft slides, meeting notes and documents.

Responsibilities

• Proven successful experience working as EA for a high ranking executive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Mission to get the job done
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
