About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Family Law Attorney to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll manage your own cases while providing support to other attorneys on complex matters. If youre passionate about advocating for fathers in need and have a knack for family law we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Litigate Family Law Cases: Handle all aspects of family law cases including custody visitation support protective orders and more from start to finish with actual courtroom experience.
• Legal Research & Writing: Develop cases by conducting indepth legal research drafting legal documents and ensuring strong organizational and analytical skills are applied.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients at various levels of sophistication with knowledge and compassion offering clear guidance on technical matters.
• Court Appearances: Attend depositions mediations and hearings representing clients with a high level of personal integrity and professional ethics.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Law.
• Qualifications: Licensed to practice in California. CFLS certification or eligibility is a plus.
• Skills: Strong research writing and analytical skills with excellent time management and organization.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients senior management outside attorneys and support staff.

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
