Job Description

Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is looking for a to join their team for a Filming Ranch Production Coordinator. This position requires working fully onsite at a ranch in Newhall, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of production coordinator experience and have a valid CA driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Track and schedule productions across 42+ ranch locations.
• Coordinate director and tech scouts, ensuring production needs are met.
• Manage contracts, insurance, invoicing, and payments.
• Supervise production setup, shoots, and breakdowns while enforcing ranch guidelines.
• Oversee site maintenance, restoration, and repairs post-production.
• Provide operational support, including irrigation, electrical, vehicle use, and wildlife monitoring.
• Assist with crisis preparation, fire safety, and emergency response.
• Maintain production calendar, support marketing efforts, and assist with administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of production coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Valid California driver’s license and ability to navigate rough terrain.

Preferred:

• Experience with Media Pulse/Xytech and production locations.
• Comfortable working in rural, outdoor environments.
• Fire safety and emergency response experience.
• CPR/First Aid certified.
