About the Role:  

BilliMD is seeking a skilled  Front-End Developer to join our innovative software team and work alongside our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in building cutting-edge credentialing solutions for the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining highly responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web interfaces that bring our vision to life. 

You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless and scalable front-end solutions aligned with the company’s strategic goals. 

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Front-End Development:  

• Develop and maintain responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly web applications using modern frameworks like  React and  Next.js . 
• Implement designs provided by the UI/UX team, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and high performance. 
• Ensure all front-end solutions are optimized for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. 

1. Collaboration:  

• Work closely with the UI/UX team to translate design mockups (from tools like  Figma ) into functional web interfaces. 
• Partner with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data communication. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver features aligned with business goals. 

1. Quality Assurance:  

• Perform rigorous testing to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues. 
• Ensure front-end code adheres to best practices and coding standards. 
• Continuously optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 

1. Continuous Learning & Improvement:  

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in front-end development. 
• Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and documentation efforts. 

Qualifications:  

Must-Have:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development, preferably in a SaaS environment. 
• Proficiency in  JavaScript ,  React ,  Next.js ,  HTML5 , and  CSS3 . 
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. 
• Experience with version control systems like  GitHub . 
• Familiarity with consuming APIs and integrating front-end components with back-end systems. 

Nice-to-Have:  

• Knowledge of  Figma and ability to collaborate closely with UI/UX designers. 
• Experience in healthcare technology or understanding of  HIPAA compliance . 
• Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines).

Salary: $50k - $70k yearly
