  • Evaluate and leverage advanced JavaScript/Typescript libraries and frameworks.
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility, ensuring an exceptional user experience across all devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, providing timely and effective solutions to meet project deadlines.

  • Monitor and solve performance issues.
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • Keep on the pulse of software advances, industry trends, and methodologies to continually innovate and drive efficiencies.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a front-end/full-stack developer with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in WordPress development, both frontend and backend builds, including custom theme and plugin development.
  • Experience with responsive design techniques, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with design teams with a basic understanding of web design principles like color, typography, and layout to create user-friendly and visually appealing websites.
  • Adhere to current PHP, HTML5, CSS3 standards and best practices
  • Advanced knowledge of Javascript, including Vanilla JS, jQuery, ReactJS, and NextJS.
  • Knowledge of front-end build tools, such as Yarn, Webpack, NPM, and Grunt.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Location:
  • Based in Boston, MA, with the flexibility to work remotely.
