Tooele Motor Company is growing and is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic General Sales Manager to grow and lead our booming sales department. The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record as a successful Sales Manager, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and a proven ability to train and motivate a team who thrives in a fast-paced and professional workplace. We are focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and creating long term, repeat business relationships with all our customers. This role is responsible for customer retention and profitability of the sales department which includes: New and Used vehicle sales, Finance and Internet Sales. In this role, you’ll work closely with upper management as well as the sales associates to ensure the business needs are met. What We Offer

Responsibilities

• Hire, Build, Develop and Lead your New & Used Sales, Internet Sales, Finance Managers and Service Drive Sales Teams
• Manage all showroom activities
• Ensure high CSI scores & monitor these metrics for making improvements
• Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for Team Members
• Coach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance
• Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system
• Ensure delivery includes an introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first service appointment
• Achieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealership & OEM sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis

Qualifications

• Automotive General Sales Manager experience is highly preferred
• Proven success of coaching and training a team of All Star sales consultants
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills, and a genuine passion for providing a great customer experience
• Must be willing to submit to background check & drug screen
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
