Job Title: Senior Superintendent – Water Treatment Construction

Location: Utah or Surrounding States

Salary Range: $130,000 – $180,000 , plus benefits and bonuses

Overview:

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading general contractor with a strong reputation in water and wastewater infrastructure. They are seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale water treatment plant construction projects across Utah and neighboring states .

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field operations on water treatment construction projects
• Manage subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and owners
• Lead site meetings and maintain project documentation
• Mentor junior superintendents and foremen

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction
• Proven leadership on large, complex infrastructure projects
• Strong communication, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel or relocate within the region
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
