D2 Creative, an independent full-service marketing communications agency focused on the medical device, technology, and life sciences industries, is seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced graphic designer to join our team. D2 Creative specializes in creating digital communication experiences including campaigns, marketing and commerce websites, native apps, and AR/VR/XR experiences.

This opportunity is full time hybrid; two days in our Somerset NJ office, three days remote. You will work in close collaboration with award-winning creative, strategic and development teams to shape all aspects of the brand and end-user experience. Your responsibilities will include executing on projects that deliver meaningful, on brand and on-strategy creative.

Your typical day at D2 Creative:

• 65% - Design and execution
• 25% - Concept development Ideating
• 10% - Client engagement

The Details

D2 Creative is a lean, fast-moving digital agency specializing in full-service offerings. We will challenge you every day with deliverables that span:

• Supporting the creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
• Social media and display advertising 
• Motion graphics, video and post production
• Web and interactive design
• User experience/user interface design (native app, progressive web app, ecommerce, enterprise platforms)
• AR/VR/XR, 3D video and hologram experiences
• Wire framing and prototype development
• Writing rationales and presenting concepts to internal and external audiences

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience at an advertising or marketing agency 
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Portfolio of work that you have led or own
• Demonstrated UX/UI knowledge and experience
• Proficiency in entire Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Office suite
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
