Job Description

Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys is searching for a welcoming FOC to greet incoming visitors and clients at our office in Hammond. You will be expected to direct visitors to appropriate areas, handle incoming deliveries, and work closely with our Attorneys and team members to ensure a smooth client experience.

Responsibilities

1. Greet all visitors and clients with a warm welcome & direct where they need to go upon arrival
2. Manage front desk operations including mail and delivery coordination & supplies inventory
3. Answer questions and provide information about our firm as needed
4. Handle front desk situations in a timely and professional manner
5. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude with all incoming visitors
6. Collaborate with Attorneys and team members in the office on administrative needs

Qualifications

• Willing & able to work in office Mon-Fri, approx. 830a-400p
• Customer service experience a plus
• Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple visitors at once
