Immediate need for a talented Industrial Defender (“ID”) tools configuration Consultant. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Newark, NJ(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Industrial Defender, Database, configurations
• Asset connectivity
• Database integrity
• Agent and agentless configurations
• Asset baselines
• Alert configuration
• Notification configuration
• Analyze results from the initial assessment and develop roadmap for configuration improvements
• Work with Company to prioritize ID improvements
• Work the ID roadmap under Company ́s supervision
• Monitor and maintain system health of the ID tools
• Monitor and maintain agent / agentless data feed availability and escalate unavailability to Company ́s team
• Monitor and maintain baseline configuration using the ID tools
• Apply ID vendor patches to application following Company change management processes
• Submit and/or manage platform incident tickets in Company Client instance
• Participate in Change Approval Board (“CAB”) process as requested by Company.
• Run scheduled monthly ID compliance reports for Company
• Provision / de-provision ID application accounts based on approved and authorized change request tickets provided by Company
• Perform monthly audit of user access and assigned roles based on information provided by Company
• Review security alerts and escalate to Company incident response team, as required during working hours
• Support Company incident investigation providing access to detailed data from ID as appropriate
• Identify and recommend ID tuning changes within the capacity of the assigned resources as prioritized by the Company
• Implement ID tuning as directed by the Company
• Create monthly cyber operations reports
• Contractor must past NERC CIP background check and drug test
