Job Description

Archer is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and 3+ years focused on influencer/creator marketing. As a member of the agency’s Social Media team, you’ll lead influencer and ambassador programs across a range of clients. Your expertise will drive strategy development, creator selection, content management, and reporting. You’ll also contribute to larger creative campaigns, building compelling brand experiences through social partnerships and enhancing broader awareness initiatives via meaningful influencer relationships.

This position is fully remote, with periodic travel to our Memphis-based offices.

 

What You’ll Do

Social Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive brand growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader social media and marketing strategies
  • Stay on top of platform trends and performance metrics to refine content strategies and boost engagement

Influencer & Creator Programs

  • Lead the planning and execution of influencer campaigns to meet client objectives and business goals
  • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including deliverables, compensation, and timelines
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to draft influencer briefs and ensure clear communication of brand objectives and messaging
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contracts, compensation, timelines and deliverables; draft contracts and negotiate fees and other contract terms with talent/talent managers
  • Review influencer-generated content to ensure it aligns with creative briefs and brand guidelines; provide constructive feedback to influencers to enhance the quality and relevance of content
  • Track and report on the performance of influencer content, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing future influencer collaborations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media, and digital advertising

Who We’re Looking For

  • Someone with 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, with 3+ years specifically in influencer/creator marketing.
  • A creative and strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop impactful influencer marketing strategies within larger brand campaigns.
  • A heavy user of social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, X) with a deep understanding of how culture and trends originate and evolve.
  • A self-motivated team-player, adaptable to fast-paced environments and changing trends.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising landscape and the role social media plays between brands and audiences.
  • A data-driven individual with a strong eye for aesthetics, and the ability to use insights to shape content strategies
  • Someone proficient in tools and platforms for influencer management, performance tracking, and analytics, such as #Paid, CreatorIQ, Klear, or Social Ladder
  • A strong multitasker with problem-solving abilities and a high level of reliability and organization
  • An excellent communicator, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with influencers and clients

  • Experience with whitelisting and paid media campaigns
  • Previous management experience
