POSITION SUMMARY

The Instructional Designer for the 10X Business Academy team will be responsible for defining and documenting learning objectives, conducting research, and collaborating with subject matter experts to create effective instructional materials. The Instructional Designer will generate the layout of learning support and ensure the content is effectively delivered through Learning Management Systems (LMS).

OBJECTIVES

• Define and document e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings
• Conduct, research and collaborate with subject matter experts
• Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals
• Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
• Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization
• Manages and maintains proprietary software platform supporting internal teams and external clients for communication (boards), education (LMS), and operations (project planning)
• Create visual, audio and interactive learning tools

COMPETENCIES

• Develop engaging and interactive online courses using eLearning software to enhance the learning experience.
• Working knowledge of G-Suite (including Docs, Sheets, Slides), Adobe (Acrobat),
• Microsoft Office products (including Excel, Work, and PowerPoint)
• Design & outline the structure and sequence of instructional content to guide the development of educational materials
• Write detailed scripts for video, audio, and interactive content to ensure clarity and consistency in instructional delivery
• Proficient in developing training through a variety of delivery methods (instructor led, virtual, hands-on/experiential, computer-based training)
• Ability to tailor training for a variety of audiences with varying levels of business acumen
• Knowledge of Cardone Ventures brand guides and an eye for aesthetics

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience using Articulate360 or other instructional design software
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
• Previous experience as a instructional designer
