Field Manager (Installation Division)
Responsibilities
- Communicates all information to the office by opening
- Provides heating and cooling service, installation,repairs, and maintenance.
- Assumes responsibility for trucks, diagnostic tools, and uniforms.
- Maintain company and customer confidentiality.
- HVAC Installations
- Mini splits ductless units
- Residential and commercial experience
- Assist with all teams jobs.
- Assist warehouse with loading trucks.
- Assist with removal of oil tanks.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years HVAC experience in a residential and commercial environment
- 2+ years of leading crews
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with customers.
- Excellent communication conflict resolution skills
- Computer skills and use of electronic devices required.
- Must be able to work on a ladder.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- High school diploma
- 3+ years HVAC Residential and Commercial Experience Required.
- EPA Universal certification.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Handle 3-5 crews at a time
- Bi-Lingual
Salary $35-$40 an hour (negotiable)
