M3 Renovations, a growing subsidiary of Prime PMO, is hiring a skilled Lead Technician to join our residential remodeling team. We specialize in high-end kitchen and bathroom renovations and are looking for a hands-on professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys working with a tight-knit team, and thrives on seeing projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on remodeling work: framing, drywall, tile, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and more
• Lead daily site operations for residential kitchen and bathroom projects
• Oversee and guide helpers or subcontractors to maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Communicate material and scheduling needs to Project Managers
• Ensure jobsites are clean, safe, and organized
• Uphold M3 Renovations' high standards of craftsmanship and customer service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience
• Strong skills in framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and general remodeling
• Ability to work independently and lead others on-site
• Organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable reading plans and specifications
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
