What You'll Do:
- Handle complex civil and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery
- Litigate business disputes including contract law , noncompete , shareholder conflicts , and employment law issues
- Collaborate on trial strategy and represent clients in hearings and at trial
- Provide strategic counsel to business clients on litigation risk and compliance
What Our Client is Looking For:
- 3+ years of litigation experience with a strong litigation toolkit
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio
- Experience in business litigation , employment defense , or regulatory compliance a plus
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to client service
