Location: Hallandale, Florida ( Address 800 se 4th avenue, Suite 811)

Schedule: Full-time, On-site, Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our startup team and manage the full loan processing lifecycle—from borrower communication to document review and underwriting preparation. This person will be responsible for ensuring all files are complete, compliant, and efficiently moved through the pipeline. As our first processor hire, you will also play a key role in shaping the department and mentoring future team members as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process residential private loans (RTL, DSCR, bridge, and construction).
• Communicate directly with borrowers to collect, review, and verify all required documentation.
• Identify red flags or incomplete information before submitting files to underwriting.
• Maintain proactive follow-up with clients to ensure timely responses and smooth closings.
• Collaborate closely with sales, underwriting, and management to meet closing timelines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Loan Processor
• Strong understanding of residential lending processes and documentation .
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Proactive and persistent follow-up skills; ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Experience using loan origination systems (LOS) such as Nexis, Encompass, or similar.

Benefits:

• Base salary: depending on experience
• Eligible for monthly performance bonuses of up to $3,500 after 6 months with the company
