Customer Service / Logistics Coordinator in the food industry :

On-site: East Los Angeles

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to manage inventory and transportation.
• Monitor order fulfillment and proactively address delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service and logistics coordination , preferably in the food industry .
• Order management from A to Z
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment .
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, order tracking tools, and logistics software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
