🚨 Now Hiring: Maintenance Manager | Greater Milwaukee Area 🚨Relocation Assistance for the Right Candidate

Brand New State-of-the-Art Facility

Are you ready to lead the launch and ongoing maintenance operations of a brand new 300,000 sq. ft. facility? We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of facility, refrigeration, and equipment maintenance for our 24/7 operation.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a maintenance team covering refrigeration (ammonia), building systems, grounds, and material handling equipment
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules, repair work, and contractor performance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, PSM/RMP, and safety protocols
• Drive efficiency through CMMS, manage parts inventory, and support capital projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse leaders on safety, racking integrity, and equipment needs
• Champion energy efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field + 5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership
• Strong knowledge of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems (HVAC, PSM, RMP) - This is a MUST have
• RETA CARO/CIRO or CFM certifications a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP and CMMS experience preferred
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and warehouse operations
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive process improvements
