SUMMARY  

The Marketing and Event Project Manager at Head Rush Technologies is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various events, maintaining digital properties, and email marketing execution. This position plays a crucial role in delivering memorable events that align with the company's strategic objectives, as well as ensuring the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Plan and coordinate a variety of international events, including trade shows, workshops, webinars and internal gatherings. 
• Oversee event logistics, including shipping, print house orders, and staff coordination. 
• Ensure all event-related resources and materials are properly organized and managed. 
• Monitor and measure the success of events, gathering feedback and data for continuous improvement. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the success of events and alignment with company goals. 
• Manage trade show vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and timely execution of events. 
• Create and manage digital properties, including webpages (content and product) and marketing forms. 
• Build, test, and schedule marketing emails and automations. 
• Produce HubSpot marketing reports and dashboards to provide valuable marketing insights. 
• Other duties as requested.

REQUIREMENTS:  

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing. 
• Extremely detail-orientated and known for taking initiative. 
• Proven experience in event management. 
• Strong project management and analytical skills. 
• Experience in web property management and optimization. 
• Capable of reading and writing basic HTML & CSS code.
• Is resourceful, flexible and a team player.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
• Demonstrated B2B marketing knowledge. 
• Ability to travel for events and related activities. 
• International event experience a plus. 
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Microsoft Office suite, Magento and Asana a plus. 
• Experience in climbing, zip lining, adventure, tourism and/or recreation industries a plus.
