GENERAL SUMMARY

Catalyst Creatives is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Branded Department, working directly with the Marketing Manager to support our iconic brands, Party Pants and Ezekiel. This role is essential in driving marketing initiatives, managing digital platforms, and crafting compelling content to connect with our audience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Management:

• Assist in updating and maintaining the Party Pants and Ezekiel websites.
• Ensure content accuracy and optimize for user experience.

Content Creation:

• Help conceptualize and develop engaging and on-brand content for various digital channels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to strategize and execute marketing campaigns and photoshoots

Social Media Management:

• Manage and monitor social media platforms, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Create compelling copy and visuals to align with brand identity.

Influencer Coordination:

• Identify and coordinate with social media influencers to amplify brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure successful collaborations.

Email Campaigns:

• Assist in managing our email agency to create compelling campaigns, optimize flows, and approve emails (Party Pants).
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including copywriting and performance analysis (Ezekiel).

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and opportunities for growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Project Management:

• Organize and track marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Collaborative Projects:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with brand goals.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
• Experience with Klaviyo , Shopify , Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop , and/or Photography a plus.
• Understanding of digital ads, SEO, and CRM a plus.
