Marketing Manager – Brand & Campaign Management

📅 Job Type: Contract-to-Hire OR Direct hire

💰 Salary: Up to 95,000/Year

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy and multi-channel campaigns , driving awareness, engagement, and growth.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing brand positioning strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, optimize performance, and maximize impact across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management

• Develop and implement brand positioning, messaging, and identity to maintain a strong market presence.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, channels, and customer touchpoints.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
• Manage brand guidelines and ensure alignment across teams and external partners.

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
• Develop creative and engaging content strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, sales) and external agencies to develop compelling campaigns.
• Track and report on campaign performance, leveraging data and insights to optimize future strategies.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution of brand and campaign initiatives.
• Lead a small team or mentor junior marketing team members as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

✅ 5+ years of experience in brand management and campaign marketing , preferably in education, cybersecurity, information technology, SaaS, and or product marketing companies.

✅ Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and marketing campaigns.

✅ Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.

✅ Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and digital ad platforms.

✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
