HealthCare Recruiters International is currently seeking a full-time LICSW - Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker or a LCMHC - Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor for a permanent opportunity to work in the outpatient setting within a established and welcoming interdisciplinary team. The LICSW or LCMHC will provide services in Lancaster, NH .

• LICSW will work FT, Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM (1 hour lunch)
• LICSW can have the option to work from home 1-2 days per week, if desired
• LICSW with work in Lancaster, NH and Whitefield, NH for on-site services
• LICSW will see 8 clients per day
• LICSW will have access to work with clients of all ages, and to customize their caseload
• LICSW will see clients for routine outpatient visits
• LICSW will see new patients and provide follow-ups for continuity
• LICSW will work with a team that offers MAT services for Adults and provide SUD services
• LICSW will have the opportunity to provide group therapy, if desired
• LICSW with dual LADAC will receive a 5 % differential on-top of salary
• LICSW will join an interdisciplinary team, with access to refer clients for Medication to Providers
• LICSW will be provided extensive training and collaboration
• LICSW will part-take in case review and administrative meetings

Outpatient Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Mental Health Counselor Requirements:

• Master’s Degree
• Eligibility to obtain NH Licensure
• Temp to perm candidates welcome to apply
• Independent Licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LICSW, or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, LCMHC
• Vaccination Required
• 1-2 years of Licensed experience
• Experience with SUD clients

Outpatient Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Mental Health Counselor Compensation:

• 81,925 - 83,000 Salary + RVU bonus structure (20K average+)
• 5K Relocation
• Relocation Assistance 10K, 1,500 per month in housing assistance
• 100,000 in loan forgiveness over 3 years w/option to extend
