(Physician/MD qualifications required) Obstetrics And Gynecology - 1942 - PRIVATE PRACTICE MIAMI FLORIDA
Opportunity to join a highly successful Ob|Gyn practice in Miami. This stable and growing practice was established over 50 years ago and has an outstanding reputation in the community. All physicians board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and experienced in the newest technologies and procedures. Together with their staff, they provide supreme obstetrical and gynecological care in a comfortable and professional setting.
The practice currently has 9 board-certified physicians:
The practice is 80% Gyn and 20% OB with each physician averaging 10-12 deliveries per month and 18-20 patients per day. Physicians all have very busy surgical schedules. Call will be once per week and one in 4|5 weekends. Partners in the practice take slightly less call than new associates.
The practice has one office location, mile from the hospital. The office is 8000 square feet and is the entire bottom floor of the building. 15 exam rooms, 1 total procedure room. In office Ultrasound (3D) with two full-time sonographers. In office Cryo, Leep, Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy, NST, Nexplanon Insertions.
Within the next year, the practice is looking to open a new office location. New physician would rotate to both offices with other physicians. Offices will be within 15-20 minutes of each other.
Practice delivers and performs 95% of surgical procedures at a highly regarded and stable hospital in Miami. The hospital is a 500+ bed facility with a Level III NICU. All specialists are on staff (MFM, UROGYN, GYNONC etc.). 24-hour in-house Anesthesia and 24 hour in house pediatric coverage. The physicians do have privileges at a local outpatient surgery center located a short distance from the office and hospital.
Overall payor mix for the practice is middle class, 90% private or commercial insurance. Rest is self-pay.
