On-Site Property Manager Temp to Hire position FT (M-F, 8-4:30) $26/hr On-Site  Bala Cynwyd, PA

A day in the life of an On-Site Property Manager 

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the front desk and reception area, front desk personnel and janitors ensuring the proper completion of all front desk and janitorial duties
• Buildings & Grounds walk the property building and grounds at least 4 times/week to assure quality, safety and health standards are maintained; create log to include date, time and findings for the building walk arounds; maintain building infrastructure and structure log and archive all repairs and replacement; work with building engineer to coordinate all building maintenance, regular service agreements and capital reserves projects; report any defects or necessary repairs to building engineer
• Oversee and manage all community communications including but not limited to website, newsletter, community calendar and Council communications
• Act as first point of contact to address all day-to-day services and questions relating to management of community
• Attend and support Council, Staff and Owner meetings as required
• Establish effective, supportive relationships with all government and regulatory entities as well as emergency response, fire and safety organizations
• Oversee and manage all external resources that provide delivery and mail services for the community

Requirements for the On-Site Property Manager position

• High School diploma or equivalency preferred
• Two (2) to three (3) years of customer service experience preferred
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
• Strong communication, telephone and customer service skills
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel and internet savvy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
