Job Title: Senior Operations Technician / Crew Lead (Miami, Fl)

Schedule: Full-time, field-based

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a Senior Operations Technician / Crew Lead to join our client's team in Miami, FL. This role requires a well-rounded leader with deep DAS, RF, and fiber experience who can oversee field operations and execute with precision. You'll lead crews in the field, perform advanced fiber and RF testing, and work on deployments across multiple DAS platforms. Ideal candidates have a strong background in Corning, Solid, and JMA systems , and a demonstrated ability to work hands-on with fiber splicing, sweep testing, and PIM/OTDR tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew on DAS installation, integration, and testing across Houston-area sites
• Perform fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and JMA compression connector work
• Oversee and execute sweep testing and PIM testing
• Work with a variety of DAS systems including Corning 1, Everon, Solid Alliance DAS
• Troubleshoot RF and fiber issues on-site in real time
• Ensure work meets customer and industry quality standards
• Maintain project timelines, documentation, and site readiness

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Corning DAS (1 & Everon) , Solid Alliance DAS , and preferably Ericsson DOT
• Expertise in RF and fiber testing , including OTDR, PIM, sweep testing , and JMA compression connectors
• Ability to lead crews , manage timelines, and train junior techs
• Strong fiber splicing background
• Comfortable troubleshooting DAS systems from installation through commissioning
• Must be based in Miami, FL

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Experience working on enterprise, public safety, or large-scale commercial DAS builds
• Familiarity with reporting and documentation standards for quality assurance
