Job Description

Job Title: Orthopedic Spine Surgeon -Personal Injury Cases

Location: Dallas, TX

Employment Type: Part-Time (Up to 2 Days Per Week)

Compensation: Competitive Per-Diem Rate + Per-Procedure Fee

Responsibilities:

• Perform spine surgeries and related procedures for personal injury patients.
• Evaluate patient conditions, including medical history and imaging results, to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide accurate diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the spine.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide detailed reports for personal injury cases when required.
• Participate in consultations and follow-up care as necessary to ensure successful patient outcomes.

Requirements :

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery with Fellowship Training in Spine Surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an orthopedic spine surgeon, with a preference for experience in personal injury cases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear documentation for case reports.
• Ability to commit to up to 2 days per week.
