As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with our DD Waiver program, you’ll be a daily hero—supporting adults with developmental disabilities to be independent, involved, and thriving in their community. No two days are ever the same, and your impact is truly life‑changing!
What You’ll Do:
✨ Help with everyday life skills like cooking, cleaning, and self‑care.
✨ Join in on fun outings—think shopping trips, game nights, or community events!
✨ Be a trusted companion, encouraging confidence and independence.
✨ Keep clear notes and documentation (we’ll show you how!).
✨ Drive or help with transportation to appointments, activities, and adventures.
✨ Work as part of a caring team that believes everyone deserves a great quality of life.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ A kind heart, a positive attitude, and a team‑player spirit.
✅ High school diploma or GED.
✅ Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
✅ Someone dependable and ready to make each day count! (Experience in caregiving is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!)
