We are seeking a Physical Security Specialist in our Broomfield, CO location to be a part of the Quantinuum Security and Technology Team implementing the overall physical security strategy for the business and promoting a culture of security. You will focus on the physical security of employees, assets, facilities, and information. You will direct, support and/or coordinate physical security operations, resources and emergency response as well as participate in improving the consistency and effectiveness of security and safety across multiple global sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides first line contact for business and shared services leaders on physical security-related matters
  • Administers physical security programs and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and corporate security requirements
  • Executes the physical security program at all business locations to protect our people and our assets.
  • Coordinates with security service providers and suppliers to ensure compliance with Statement of Work and our processes.
  • Works closely with internal and external resources to improve overall effectiveness of existing or potential security technologies (CCTV, badge access, alarms, etc.)
  • Aides in maintaining physical security Standard Operating Procedures and plans
  • Coordinates and carries out physical risk and site threat assessments and aides in developing appropriate security remediation plans

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High School/ GED Minimum
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in physical security programs
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
