💪 What You’ll Do (and Love!)
✔️ Be a Movement Expert – Perform in-depth assessments to understand patients’ unique challenges, movement abilities, and functional limitations.
✔️ Create Personalized Treatment Plans – Design customized therapy programs based on each patient’s goals, needs, and progress.
✔️ Implement Cutting-Edge Techniques – Use advanced therapy methods, exercises, and modalities to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall function.
✔️ Track and Celebrate Progress – Monitor patient outcomes, adjust treatment plans, and keep detailed records of improvements and breakthroughs.
✔️ Be a Team Player – Collaborate with chiropractors, occupational therapists, acupuncturists, and medical doctors to provide the most comprehensive care possible.
✔️ Educate and Empower – Teach patients and their families about their condition, home exercises, and strategies for long-term injury prevention .
✔️ Stay Ahead of the Game – Keep up with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy by attending conferences, workshops, and seminars.
✔️ Uphold the Highest Standards – Follow ethical and professional guidelines while ensuring patient privacy and dignity at all times.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
✅ NJ State License as a Physical Therapist
✅ CPR Certification
