This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end product development process—from concept through production—ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost-effective solutions. The position collaborates closely with creative, merchandising, sourcing, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product concepts for target audiences and guide ideation with design and sourcing teams.
• Oversee sample development, testing, and approvals to meet quality and timeline goals.
• Conduct trend research, create mood boards, and support innovation through new materials and technologies.
• Manage packaging and production logistics to optimize freight and warehouse efficiency.
• Maintain project timelines, update internal systems, and support cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product development, sourcing, or manufacturing (consumer goods preferred).
• Strong understanding of textiles, home furnishings, and lifestyle design trends
• Strong knowledge of textiles, design trends, and quality standards.
• Proficient in tech packs, BOMs, and Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and vendor management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
