Our innovative technology enables precise property insights, risk assessment, and scalable decision-making.

We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to optimize product workflows, streamline cross-functional collaboration, and drive efficiency in our product lifecycle. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to make a significant impact in a growing company.

Role Overview

As a Product Operations Manager, you will play a key role in scaling our product capabilities and ensuring our geospatial construction and insurtech solutions are effectively delivered to customers. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, sales, and customer success teams to enhance processes, support go-to-market strategies, and improve data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Develop and optimize product management workflows to improve efficiency and execution.
  • Support product managers by refining product development processes and facilitating collaboration between engineering, sales, and operations.
  • Streamline communication channels between teams to ensure alignment on product launches, updates, and customer feedback.
  • Identify and address operational bottlenecks, implementing automation and process improvements.

Data-Driven Insights & Performance Tracking

  • Implement and manage product data analytics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and operational efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate roadmap status and key performance metrics across the company.
  • Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to drive a customer-centric product roadmap.
  • Maintain internal resources that define the "source of truth" for product capabilities and updates.
  • Market Research & Product Strategy Support
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform product strategies leveraging geospatial and earth observation data in the construction and insurtech industries.
  • Manage the backlog of product ideas, requests, and bug reports, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
  • Assist in defining product objectives and initial requirements for discussion with stakeholders.

Product Enablement & Customer Insights

  • Develop sales enablement materials, marketing content, and product documentation to support pre- and post-launch activities.
  • Regularly collaborate with customer success teams to gather insights, enhance user experience, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a cross-product expert, providing rapid answers to product-related questions and delivering product demos as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Background in geospatial technology, construction technology, or insurance technology (insurtech) is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product development cycles, and project management tools (Jira, ProductBoard, or similar).
  • Comfortable working with structured data and dashboards to drive product decisions.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What You Will Own

  • Manage and maintain product management tools and integrations used across the company.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track roadmap status and key performance metrics.
  • Develop metrics to review assumptions, validate product hypotheses, and measure revenue impact.
  • Oversee the incoming backlog of product ideas, feature requests, and bug reports, ensuring proper prioritization and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and maintain competitor intelligence.

Where You Will Assist

  • Writing detailed software requirements and acceptance criteria with Product Managers.
  • Conducting product-specific market research with Product Managers.
  • Providing insights on market trends, competition, customer, and user needs to inform product decisions.
  • Developing user and customer personas to guide product development.
  • Conducting customer and internal interviews to refine product requirements.
  • Challenging product assumptions as a "devil’s advocate" to improve product strategy.

Why Join us?

  • Work on cutting-edge geospatial intelligence and analytic products transforming the commercial markets for construction, government, insurance and property industries.
  • Collaborate with an innovative, data-driven team that values continuous learning.
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities in a growing tech company.
  • Flexible work environment with hybrid or remote work options.

If you're passionate about product operations and want to help shape the future of our products, we'd love to hear from you!
