SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to support a fast-paced Intelligence Community program.This role is multi-faceted and in you will do many things, such as:

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
• Review status of projects; manage schedules and prepare status reports
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Develop schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participate in and establish program plan requirements, and monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that objectives are met
• Perform assignments in the form of objectives and establish goals to meet outlined objectives
• Recommend changes to team policies
• Develop solutions to a variety of problems moderate in scope and complexity. May refer to policies, procedures and practices
• Work under only general direction; independently determine and develop approach to solutions
• Plan schedules and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives
• Represent organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects
• Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, tact and judgement are required
• Ability to manage a small and diverse team
• A proven ability to work independently without oversight on task completion, coordinating with customer stakeholders as needed
• Technical aptitude and demonstrated problem solving experience
• Bachelor's Degree
