Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in AWS and Data, combined with strong exposure to presales activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale data and cloud programs, driving end-to-end project execution, and engaging with clients in the insurance domain. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project delivery and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

• Lead and manage large-scale AWS and data programs, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee project execution, risk management, issue resolution, and resource allocation.
• Align project objectives with business goals and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

AWS & Data Expertise:

• Drive cloud migration, data modernization, and analytics initiatives leveraging AWS.
• Ensure best practices in cloud architecture, security, and cost optimization.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to design scalable and robust data solutions.
• Oversee the integration of AI/ML capabilities for data-driven decision-making.

Presales & Client Engagement:

• Collaborate with the sales and solutions teams to develop winning proposals and RFP responses.
• Conduct client presentations, solution demonstrations, and requirement discussions.
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to expand client relationships.
• Translate client needs into technical solutions, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts.
• Present program updates, reports, and key insights to executive leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management with a focus on AWS and Data.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, security, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering, ETL pipelines, data lakes, and cloud-based databases.
• Proven exposure to presales activities, including solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Domain knowledge in the insurance industry, including underwriting, claims processing, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Data Analytics) are a plus.
• PMP, SAFe, or other relevant project management certifications are desirable
