Job Title: Program Manager 3 Location: Hybrid (Atlanta, GA) – In-office Tuesday to Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday Estimated Duration: 1 Year Schedule: Monday to Friday, EST Business Hours Pay Range: $68.10 - $90.28 per hour We are seeking a Program Manager, Professional Services & Software to join our Cloud Supply Chain and Operations team. This role will focus on the strategic sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services, working closely with business leaders and the Procurement Organization to drive cost reduction, improve supplier quality, and ensure timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned indirect spend categories Lead and support contract negotiations with suppliers Manage supplier relationships and performance Oversee and execute projects related to indirect spend sourcing Prepare and present reports to management on sourcing strategies and cost savings Minimum Qualifications (Required) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Experience: 5+ years in indirect spend sourcing and category management Proven experience in executing sourcing strategies Strong contract management and negotiation skills Excellent communication & stakeholder management Project management experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience handling multiple projects under tight deadlines Skill Matrix Skill Experience Required Mandatory (Yes/No) Category Management 6-8 Years Sourcing Execution 6-8 Years Contract Management & Negotiations 6-8 Years Stakeholder Management & Communication NO Project Management NO Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
