Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage automotive electronics projects (such as intelligent cockpit, CMS streaming rearview mirrors, electric doors, flip screens, etc.), ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, including R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality, to drive project progress.
• Act as the primary customer interface, managing requirement changes, technical issues, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure stable project execution.
• Oversee project cost control, quality management, and delivery optimization to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields.
• Over five years of project management experience in the automotive electronics industry; experience with related products is preferred.
• Familiarity with APQP and PPAP processes and proficiency in IATF 16949 quality management system requirements.
• Strong communication, cross-department coordination, and customer management skills.
