Your Role as a Psychiatrist

As a vital part of the team, you will:

• Diagnose and Treat: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Advance Care: Assess patient suitability for TMS and Esketamine therapies and oversee their administration.
• Monitor Outcomes: Track patient progress, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
• Lead & Educate: Supervise Nurse Practitioners and interns while educating staff and patients on neurotherapeutic options.
• Collaborate: Work alongside clinicians to ensure cohesive, holistic care.
