Summary

We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our dynamic team at Z Gallerie in the United States. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate transportation logistics to ensure timely delivery of our exquisite home furnishings, contributing to our mission of providing an artful home experience.

Responsibilities

1.Truck Arrangement and Coordination

• Communicate and coordinate with the upstream order department.
• Inquire, negotiate, and maintain relationships with trucking companies.
• Determine shipping plans for trucking orders and schedule pickups, as well as track orders.
• Accumulate and organize trucking resources.

2.White Glove Service

• Plan, arrange, and manage white glove service routes.
• Manage the company's own fleet of white glove drivers and delivery teams, including scheduling vehicles, arranging service personnel, and confirming the return and verification of information.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English in Mandarin, proficient in using computer office software
• Familiarity with U.S. highways, especially in California and Texas, is preferred for route planning.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Honest, diligent, detail-oriented, patient, and responsible.
• Must have legal work authorization.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
