Job Description

We are searching for a detailed, professional, and dependable person to join our Receiving staff at Annapolis Micro Systems. You will be responsible for timely receipt of all materials entering the building, while also providing the Shipping staff with backup support. Be an integral part of the company's process while interacting and working with multiple departments to complete daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive all materials that are delivered on a daily basis.
• Handle required movements in MRP as necessary
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders for accuracy of quantity, packaging, and labeling.
• Process assembled PCBs, bare PCBs, and mechanical material for inspection daily
• Shipping and Business Support assistance as necessary
• Maintain and follow up on Receiving requests from engineering and other staff members
• Works with varying departments to resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain organization and filing of all Quality Inspection forms
• Process and file completed Purchase Orders
• Work with Quality to edit/maintain Quality Inspection forms
• Work with Purchasing and Inventory teams on task daily
• Occasional help with shipping materials inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and weekends, as needed (rare).
