Our roofing division, Washington Roofing, specializes in high-quality residential and commercial roofing installations, repairs, and replacements.
We are seeking skilled and dependable Roofers to join our team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll work on a variety of roofing projects, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every job.
What You’ll Do
Install, repair, and replace roofing systems including composition shingles, metal, TPO, PVC, and flat roofs.
Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations.
Inspect problem roofs and determine the best repair solutions.
Work with tools, ladders, harnesses, and safety equipment properly and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Assist crew leads and project managers with project execution.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience required: 2+ years in residential or commercial roofing.
Knowledge of different roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Strong understanding of safety practices when working at heights.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in attitude and appearance.
Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a crew.
