Your Job Responsibilities
- **Driver Support:** Provide essential support to our existing fleet of drivers to ensure smooth operations.
- **Routing Coordination:** Coordinate routing to ensure customers are picked up in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Data Entry:** Accurately enter data and trip information for future reservations.
- **Performance Review:** Assist management staff in reviewing driver performance to maintain high standards.
- **Operational Efficiencies:** Liaise with account managers to develop specific operational efficiencies and improve overall service.
- **Customer Service:** Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience:** Previous experience in routing or logistics is preferred.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with drivers and customers.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Proficiency in routing software and GPS to manage routes efficiently.
- **Adaptability:** Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
