We are looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst who is a creative problem solver with a passion to support and enhance the state of the art AI capabilities which enables our Data and AI practitioners to efficiently embed Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into our product portfolio and business to create smarter products, improve anti-fraud and security, and enhance customer care. You will work with data and ML engineers, technical program managers, other business data analysts, product managers and architects to mature the platform capabilities of Intuit’s Core AI platform. As a senior member of the Core AI team, you will have a strong track record of combining advanced analytics, database design approaches with exceptional knowledge of functional areas to analyze all aspects of metadata associated with model development life cycle and surface insights which will help with understanding of Cost and Model development velocity across different Machine Learning lifecycle stages. You will also help build data lineage across upstream data sources and model prediction and everything in between and also work with business units to help define the data models to capture the business impact metrics / KPIs for each of the models.
8+ years of experience working on ETL/data pipelines to support analytics use cases
Advanced SQL and data warehousing knowledge
Expertise working with big datasets and optimizing MPP Databases
Familiarity with AWS (Redshift, Athena, and AWS core concepts)
Tableau/Qlik Sense Data Visualization (nice-to-have)
Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
Understanding of Machine Learning development life cycle (nice-to-have)
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $127,500 - $172,500, Bay Area California $132,500-179,000, Southern California $118,500-160,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
