Senior Analyst, HRIS

Top global consulting company is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to their team. Ideal candidates will have Workday experience, exposure to system integrations, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and HR leadership plus external vendors
• Be the first line of technical support for internal HR system questions
• Develop HR business reporting dashboards for the leadership team
• Manage system implementations and streamlining processes related to the HRIS system
• Track processes into user guides to be utilized for future training purposes
• Reports to the Director of HRIS, part of a high-performing team

Qualifications :

• 2-8 years of HRIS experience is required
• Experience working in various Workday modules
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to come into the Boston office 3 days/week
