I am partners with a Healthcare Holdings Corporation specializing in post-acute care, operating critical illness recovery hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, and occupational health centers. This national network is supported by over 45,000 healthcare professionals, delivering services for patients recovering from serious medical conditions, surgeries, and injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an operational attorney outpatient rehabilitation division, providing legal counsel across 1,900+ clinics nationwide.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, licensing, acquisitions, real estate matters, and day-to-day legal issues impacting outpatient operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; manage outpatient regulatory and licensing legal team; support senior leadership with strategic legal guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of legal experience, most recently within a health/hospital system
• Strong academic credentials and proven managerial experience; healthcare law background required
• Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligible for a Pennsylvania corporate counsel license
